Director, Business Optimization Services €“ (Western Region) €“ (Horsham, PA or Remote)
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing a sales program for maximum occupancy and revenue levels. A key member of the management team, setting the example for high standards and upholding the mission, philosophy and values. Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas in territory for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Patient Centered Services (PCS) by working with the current ambulatory sales force. Candidate must reside in the Western Region (AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, UT, WY, AK, CA, HI, NV, OR, WA)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage qualified Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Centered Service (PCS) prospects through the defined sales cycle through to closure and turnover to implementation with appropriate Sales Executive or Account Executive.
Conduct lead generation activities to successfully build the pipeline for net new prospective customers.
Manage Sales Assessments with qualified prospects and direct appropriate team members and resources as required.
Enter information gleaned via sales activities into Sales Force thus building territory intelligence.
Act as the subject matter expert regarding our RCM and PCS offerings and continually stimulate the sales force to seek out opportunities.
Conduct analysis in order to manage performance levels of sales against market developments and corporate objectives.
Integrating and aligning sales plans with available processes, IT systems, talent and other areas in order to increase the capability and success of sales force.
This position may have potential responsibility for SOC-II Controls.
This position may require knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
All employees of QSI NextGen are required to complete annual HIPAA and compliance training.
All employees of QSI NextGen are required to read and accept code of conduct upon hire and annually thereafter.
This role may have access to sensitive data to include PII and ePHI.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of two years' experience Revenue Cycle Management outsourcing and consulting sales experience in the physician marketplace including coordinating/conducting financial assessments.
2 plus years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management Electronic Health Records solutions sales or similar experience.
8 plus years of experience in sales or account management
Proficient in Microsoft office -- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
Healthcare/technology knowledge preferred
Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Successful candidate will have a proven track record working with physicians and the C- suite presenting complex solution sets

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
