The Product Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies and leading program operations that enable providers and patients to start and stay on our therapies. This position works across all Janssen Immunology brands and therapeutic areas.
The successful incumbent will serve as the marketing lead responsible for Janssen Immunology Support Program operational excellence in partnership with SCG. This role will elevate our customer experience to drive Janssen Immunology market leadership and craft an ambitious advantage. Success in this role will include components such as: improvements to existing Janssen Immunology support programs, support service innovations to improve customer experience, serving as the point of contact for the SCG - Patient Access Solutions operations team, and the development of new resource offerings to support the precise execution of support programs. This position will work closely with the brand teams across Immunology Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Excellence with a focus on Access Services. Proven ability to work within a matrix environment is critical.
Responsibilities include:
Management and responsibility for HCC standards and controls, including SoP oversight
Partnering with brand marketing teams to develop aligned operational/quality metrics
Management of monthly support program performance dashboards
High involvement in cross-functional teams for review and development of access service offerings, operating principles and OIG guidance
Identify and execute appropriate process improvements for programs
Monitor the competitive environment for support program standard methodologies
Ensure execution of programs and business objectives across Immunology

A minimum of a B.A./B.S. required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of five years relevant business experience.
A minimum of three years of pharmaceutical experience, cross-functional commercial experience is recommended.
Must possess experience in the project management and operational excellence
Must have prior corporate office environment experience (Commercial Excellence, Finance)
Must have experience working in cross-functional environments on complex projects
Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen
Ability to influence all levels of the organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and functions
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with experience engaging Senior Management required
This position is based in Horsham, PA and may require up to 25% domestic travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
