Manage staff workload and collaborate with other IT management on production changes/support. Provide leadership and direction for a team of support technical analysts. This individual will plan, coordinate and support all environment related activities such as code deployment, environment refreshes. Ensure all the production and the non-production environments are up and running. Support the development, environment and testing managers with the environment activities required. Provide technical expertise in looking for automation opportunities such as creating automation of installations where appropriate, in debugging and resolution of environmental and installation issues, in evaluating and implementing changes to enhance systems performance and availability. Provide oversight and leadership to manage multiple infrastructure platforms and ensure maximum availability of systems and applications throughout the company. Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise in both a hands on and advisory capacity in support of tactical and strategic application/infrastructure technology design projects/initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years with siebel 7.x installation, configuration and administration experience; preferable with siebel 8.x experience. 3+ years experience as a people manager. 3+ years of experience in supporting the production and non-production environments in the research, workaround and resolution of problems. 5+ years experience and knowledge with performance tuning of siebel implementations. 5+ years experience with best practices for application technical support. 5+ years experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support, maintenance of production, test, and development environments. 5+ years experience building SQL queries and generating reports.
Education
Bachelor degree or high school diploma/GED.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
