Title: Digital Campaign/Search Specialist
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience executing and growing complex, direct-response campaigns in challenging verticals. Candidate must be comfortable with highly time-sensitive campaigns, fast-changing audiences and geographic targets.
Required skills/
Experience:
Very strong analytical, creative and problem-solving capabilities
Extensive end-to-end campaign management experience (research, strategy, planning, launch, bid management, ad testing, optimization, etc.)
Consultant-level expertise in Google AdWords, Bing, etc.
Proactive identification of opportunities for process improvement, optimization, insight and expansion
Reporting, analysis with a focus on actionable takeaways for department-wide and company-wide distribution
Keyword development, ad copy creation & testing
Building and strengthening relationships with AdWords Account Representatives
Research on competitive landscape and opportunities to scale
Ability to align campaigns with business goals
Partnering with internal teams (creative, social, analytics, etc.)
Preferred Experience
Execution of Facebook advertising campaign
Demonstrated success executing campaigns with other major Ad Networks/Ad Exchanges/DSP/etc.
Attribution of multiple touch-points and channels
International (outside US) paid search
SEO experience (content creation, strategy, keyword research, etc.)
Social Marketing
Digital retargeting via self-serve system
Experience with website conversion optimization
Affiliate network managementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
