American Driveline Systems, Inc. (ADS or the Company) is the leading franchisor of consumer-directed automotive aftermarket service repair businesses in North America. ADS' franchisees operate a total store count of approximately 750 service centers under the nationally recognized AAMCO brand. The company also owns Global Powertrain Systems, Inc. (GPS), a transmission remanufacturing operation based outside of Atlanta, GA. GPS currently supplies numerous franchisees with remanufactured transmissions and is expanding its B2B sales initiatives to both the AAMCO chain and other automotive repair centers nationally.
Position Overview
American Driveline Systems, Inc. is looking for a talented in-house Recruiter to drive talent acquisition in our rapidly growing organization.

The Recruiter works independently, and functions efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment to source and close multiple concurrent positions with competing priorities and deadlines. This position demands an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
The role of the Recruiter is to deliver all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.
Key Job Functions:
Manages the recruitment life cycle and strategy for assigned territory and positions.
Looks for creative ways to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensures that both company's and franchised locations recruitment needs are being met in a timely and cost effective manner.
Manage reporting of analytics including time to fill, cost per hire, maintains weekly recruitment activity reports.
Evaluate resumes, schedule, and conduct interviews.
Maintain contact with possible future candidates.
Sources, screens, and recommends candidates for assigned position.
Working with hiring managers, to develop and implement creative and effective recruiting strategies related to short and long term needs specific to their region and/or functional area.
Strives to position the company as an employer of choice and facilitate a world class recruiting experience for candidate.
Assures that all prospects are tracked.
Communicate with leadership and assigned cross-functional support in operations and other areas to assure alignment and linkage of action plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative & prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
Must be resourceful in unfamiliar tasks.
Understanding of analytical techniques applied to human resource management.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with all levels throughout the organization and cross-functionally.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Displayed strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and keep deadlines with minimal supervision.
Exhibits strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant technology including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
