Position Title: Inside Sales / Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary Range: $40,000-45,000 base salary plus commission- average first year is $75,000-90,000, no cap on earnings-
($90,000 to $110,000
in year 2 and beyond is expected)
Position Description:
Inside Sales Specialist
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales professionals with 4 to 8 years of experience, who are interested in a highly rewarding sales career. Our client is the market leader in their industry. They are launching a new and innovative suite of products and we are looking for business development professionals interested in a full-time inside sales position. These new offers will provide Web-based product marketing to industrial and manufacturing companies.
Ideal candidates are those who:
Are fully capable of closing sales with prospective B2B clients.
Are proficient in the use of the Internet, Microsoft Office programs, and CRM sales tools (SalesForce preferably).
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a stable job history and a proven track record of inside sales success using a solution-based sales approach.
Top 3-5 must have skills:
YOU MUST have experience with continuous inside selling of new product offerings.
The ideal candidate has always been inside sales and LOVE IT-
Have a positive attitude and drive to be the best, including demonstrated performance above established sales quotas.
Experience selling new business over the telephone
Enjoy and excel at working with a dynamic and highly active sales team
Proven track record of meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
