Description
Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics Company, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Part Time, Customer Business Analyst that can be located in either Horsham, PA, Fort Washington, or Skillman, NJ. Please note that this a part time job share role, not to exceed 19.5 hours a week.
The incumbent is proficient and knowledgeable of category management fundamentals. The incumbent proactively utilizes data and analytics to make recommendations on key business issues (4Ps). The incumbent assembles and provides market and competitive data to track business results, monitor productivity, support new product launches, assess category, customer or shopper trends, and develops actionable recommendations based on the analysis. The incumbent assesses and draws conclusions from shipment, POS, customer, competitive, syndicated and loyalty business data to identify trends, gaps, competitive threats, ideal assortment SKUs, and sales opportunities. The incumbent translates, creates, recommends, and presents these findings to customer and/or internal teams. The incumbent participates in special projects as assigned by the supervisor. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supports assigned team members by organizing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from a variety of syndicated data sources such as IRI, Nielsen, POS, Shopper/Panel, and Loyalty, to identify trends and to provide insight-based recommendations. Provides insights and analytics to others for the development of display, promotional materials, product assortment, or packaging to support a particular strategy or recommendations for customers; ensures that reports accurately formed, reported and error-free when preparing data sets through careful review and refinement prior to performing analysis. Provides timely point of sale results to field sales teams, based on data availability; tracks and reports sales performance, such as promotional, new items, customer results, customer groups or categories. Develops planograms to support customer sales at the shelf, and performs the pre-and post-analyses; Supports new product launches by developing fact-based category stories that differentiate J&J; products from competitive offerings. Executes specific steps of the new product launch strategy, such as developing fact books, UPS codes or artwork; partners with cross-functional peers to develop accurate SKU level forecasts. Completes all required training curriculum and achieves set standards. Completes special projects as assigned; complies with company policy and procedures at all times. 19.5 hours a week job share with one other analyst.
Qualifications
A minimum of a 4-yr degree required. A minimum of 3 years prior experience in customer sales analytics in a consumer products environment required. Knowledge of syndicated (POS) data required; knowledge of panel data preferred. Ability to independently organize and complete assigned work; ability to communicate seamlessly, effectively, efficiently with Job-Share counterpart to accomplish all projects on time and accurately; ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment; ability to prioritize work and customize working style based on customer need; ability to access, assess, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from sales, customer, panel, loyalty data sets; ability to create impactful presentations that provide insight, impact, recommendations and findings of studies. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications (especially Excel), database information sources and web applications required. Some knowledge of statistical methods desirable. This position may require up to 25% travel. This is a part time job share role up to 19.5 hours a week. This position has a preferred location of Fort Washington, PA but we are open to Horsham, PA or Skillman, NJ.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
