Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design or Art, or equivalent experience; Masters degree a plus
At least four years hand-on experience designing user interfaces in online, software, mobile.
Great aptitude designing and specifying product behavior, including on-screen, in browser, packaged software, and mobile app.
Skill in prototyping for conceptual development, testing, demonstration and documentation.
Ability to create low and high fidelity mockups and prototypes
Proficient in the use of Photoshop, Fireworks or comparable design tools
Proficient with web front end design technologies such as HTML 4 & 5, CSS, LESS/SASS
Understanding of Javascript UI libraries such as JQuery UI, JQueryTools, ExtJS
Ability to understand and model mobile UI and flow concepts
Ability to create complex graphical assets for use in web and mobile applications
Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to evaluate and define the User Experience process.
