The Staff IT Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for:
o The stability and functionality of Quality IT-related applications in production (approximately 10 applications and databases)
o Managing Quality Configuration Control Board, prioritizing production issues and enhancement with business and providing status of help desk tickets
o Partnering with business and IT Plan Lead to ensure service delivery team is delivering correct, timely and quality solutions
o Supervising local Quality IT staff and interfaces with offshore technical lead, providing feedback on work performance and deliverables
o Auditing service delivery team for compliance to standard process, develops and deploys new processes as needed
o Performing technical review of all solutions and designs
o Leading significant solution designs, provides architectural direction and oversight
o Preparing reports on help desk ticket metrics and project status
o Working cross-functionally within IT
o Managing service delivery team escalations with IT Plan Lead and business owners #LI-HK1
Required Skills
o Database platforms: Oracle, SQL Server
o ETL platforms: Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator
o OS Platforms: Linux, Windows
o Languages: SQL, PL/SQL, Perl
o Applications: .NET, OBIEE
o Knowledge of SAS suite of tools (SAS Analytics Pro, Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner) preferred
o Agile software development experience preferred
o At least 6 years experience architecting and delivering databases, data warehouses or quality systems
o Expertise in leading teams for application development, data architecture, ETL, BI and reporting
o Expertise in managing stakeholder requirements and expectations
o Operational support and disaster recovery planning experience
o Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Basic
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in a computer science or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 7
years of business/IT experience
