Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our firm.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, project management, financial operations/planning, and people operations, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, scalability, and profitability within a fast-paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with senior management to define and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Oversee project management processes and ensure timely delivery of client projects within scope and budget.
Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce development to support business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence throughout the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business success and customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

years of experience in operations management, project management, or operations leadership roles, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
MUST have experience in government and federal contracting and vendor management Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
Extensive knowledge of infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
Project management certification (e.
g.
, PMP) preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
