Assist a project team.
Interface directly with internal and external teams to support clinical supply operations and processes.
Work effectively in a team environment to manage flow of products to global clinical trial locations.
Perform all functions according to company SOPs and strategic direction.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work in a collaborative style to successfully support the full scope of work for the project/s.
Effectively assist in all functional areas of the project as needed to ensure timely completion including supply, resupply, and disposition of study supplies as directed as a member of the Ancillare Professional Team (APT).
Interface regularly with internal stakeholders and external study teams, responding to inquiries and bringing resolve to areas of concern.
Update and monitor all aspects of each project in company system including storage and shipment of materials.
Maintain and execute accurate and timely reports, while disseminating accurate communication to internal and external parties.
Maintain study tracker/s, project management study reports, management of inventory, documentation/meeting minutes, and oversight of purchases and orders.
Serve as customer service liaison to support relationships between the organization and customer to communicate all relevant information including recommendations, requirements, and progress of project.
Manage and provide regular status reports to Ancillare Professional Team (APT).
Facilitate completion of action items for the project/s and provide immediate escalation of potential risks Ability and desire to work a project to completion meeting and or exceeding timeline deliverables within the defined scope of work.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the job.
Ability to work successfully individually or in a team.
Demonstrate and drive the Ancillare mission, values and strategy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Prior customer relations experience in product/service provider related experience, project management, or management/supervisory experience preferred.
Prior working experience in supply chain, clinical/ancillary supply, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
