Job Description:
Primary Role:
We are seeking a business analyst to provide expertise in Oracle supply chain and operations technologies.
The candidate will have a background in information technology and knowledge of order management, fulfillment, and logistics.
The business analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements; design and test efficient IT solutions; and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Primary systems for this role include Oracle Supply Chain Management, RF-Smart, and TraceLink.
Duties:
Requirements Gathering Works closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical requirements.
Process Analysis and Design Analyzes existing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Designs and documents efficient IT solutions that align with business objectives and enhance supply chain operations.
Solution Development Ensures that proposed solutions meet the business requirements and are technically feasible.
Collaborates with technical resources and solution architects to create effective solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance Develops test cases and end-to-end scenarios and performs thorough testing to validate the functionality and reliability of IT solutions.
Collaborates with business teams to facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Implementation and Support Assists in the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruptions to ongoing operations.
Facilitates post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise.
Provides oversight over user access and security roles in alignment with organization policies.
Documentation and Training Prepares detailed documentation, including change requests, SOPS, and work instructions related to new functionality.
Conducts training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand and utilize the implemented solutions effectively.
Project Management Can act as a project manager on simple projects and enhancements.
Data Analysis Analyzes supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
Provides insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
This role can be hybrid (office and remote) but must be in Eastern Pennsylvania to facilitate being in the warehouse and production areas as required.

Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing or similar line of business solution.
Experience with operational technologies including hand-held scanners, printers, and integrations with couriers.
Experience working with 3rd party support (both application management services and Oracle support).
Demonstrated understanding of the software implementation lifecycle and support.
Experience with healthcare, regulated industries, computer systems validation, and GMP is strongly preferred.
Experience with drug industry serialization platforms like TraceLink is nice to have.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
