Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for computing, classifying, recording, and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties.

Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities:
Enter daily check deposits and all electronic deposits into system Routinely review customer accounts Identify past due accounts and follow up with collection actions (calls and emails) Follow up with all customers for pay-in-advance, credit card and/or any other forms of payment Interact with customers to resolve issues Send statements to customers Request credit limits and/or credit limit adjustments Accounts Payable
Responsibilities:
Enter vendor invoices Enter vendor invoices using three-way match, researching discrepancies Prepare check run, and initiate ACH, and wire payments Prepare account statements, reports, and other records, and review for accuracy Compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records Other

Review new procedures, manuals, and system enhancements and suggests revisions Compose routine letters and reports using instructions or guidelines of the work area Bi-weekly:

EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
Minimum of an Associate's degree in accounting or other financial discipline Minimum of two years bookkeeping or other related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training SUPERVISORY

COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Knowledge of ERP systems, QuickBooks, expense report software.
