Senior Business Operations Analyst (Remote) at CommScope in Horsham, PA
This role will allow you to work remotely from anywhere in the US, with preference given to those local to the Greater Philadelphia area. How You'll help us connect the world. Reporting into our Senior Director Business Operations, this role will manage communication with the Home Networks leadership, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales and ensure the Demand and Supply Planning activities to the unconstrained forecast is communicated to Suppliers/ EMS's and drive adequate supply across the EMS's. As the first point of contact for issues from the business unit, you will Support S&OP process in collaboration with PLM and Sales and partner with EMSs on the material shortages/ capacity constraints. We will look to you to balance global supply and capacity to provide the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications for Consideration:
5 years of planning experience with a background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement, planning, and/or analysis experience Proficiency with MS Excel and experience with large data sets and supporting tools, e.g., Oracle, SAP, Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau. Highly developed in using big data and analytics to get results with a consistent track record of working and excelling in fast-paced environments. Well-founded cultural sensitivity with the ability to maintain relationships globally. Proficient in handling and running concurrent projects with diverse partner dynamics. Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written - able to capture relevant information and effectively document and speak to findings to all levels of the organization. A completed Bachelor's Degree. Experience in consumer electronics or semi-conductor industries. Familiarity with S&OP.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
