00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacy Technician Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm with rotating weekends 11am to 7pm with rotating weekends 1pm to 11pm with rotating weekends 8pm to 7am (This shift will be 7 on and 7 off) with rotating weekends Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities Fills prescription items, as permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy, packaging medications for dispensing and for delivery, meeting the accuracy and productivity standards of the pharmacy Labels products appropriately, including cautionary or auxiliary labels Participates in the periodic inventory of the pharmacy May check in drugs and supplies, stock shelves and remove out-of-date items from the inventory Prepares medications including emulsions, liquids, powders and ointments, which may include non-sterile compounding Pharmacy Technician Requirements High School diploma required Pharmacy related experience Basic understanding of drugs, medication terminology, and metric; ability to operate a computer Required to be in attendance first 90 day If you think this Pharmacy Technician position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
